  Lynn's journey into transformative coaching began with a profound personal awakening at the age of 25. Driven by a desire for clarity & purpose, she explored diverse modalities, including yoga, meditation, tarot, eastern philosophy, psychedelics & shamanic plant medicine. While these experiences provided significant spiritual insights, Lynn recognized the challenges of integrating them into daily life & achieving lasting change. Through deep shadow work & other integration practices, she successfully bridged the gap between transformative experiences & grounded reality, cultivating a deeper sense of wholeness.

  Lynn now leverages her personal experience & extensive training to guide others in integrating powerful transformative experiences. She is a certified Psychedelic & Transformational Life Coach through Being True to You, holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification from Rishikul Yogshala of Rishikesh, India, & has further studied Hatha Yoga practices at the Bihar School of Yoga Ashram. Her background also includes EMT certification & experience as a wildland firefighter. Currently, Lynn resides in the Sacred Valley of Peru, where she continues to hold space in plant medicine retreats & teach yoga.
